Erica R. of Molalla, OR broke her cellphone, so she headed to her local TCC Verizon store to get a new one. While there, she signed up to receive text message communications from our company, entering her into Get10Give10.
When Erica got the call that she won, she was shocked. Over the past year, she has been battling breast cancer that she has since beat. Part of this money will help pay for remaining medical bills. As for her $10,000 nonprofit donation, she chose Colton Aid Network (CAN), an organization that has helped her family in the past, and one that they have also volunteered with. Erica and her family have helped sort, package, and deliver holiday food boxes for people within their community.
Get10Give10 is our company-wide program where we randomly select a customer to get $10,000 for themselves and give an additional $10,000 to a nonprofit of their choice. Customers are automatically entered to win when they opt in to receiving text messages from us for the first time.
