School Rocks Backpack Giveaway 2022

Our 10^th annual School Rocks Backpack Giveaway was our biggest and best event yet! From fire departments, free haircuts, massages, an exotic petting zoo, and so much more, our stores really went all out. This year, we had over 1,000 stores participate and give away 140,000 backpacks and school supplies to local students.

It’s the 10^th anniversary of our annual School Rocks Backpack Giveaway! This year’s event is happening on Sunday, July 31 from 1-4PM local time.

Participating TCC stores around the country will be hosting events to give away free backpacks filled with school supplies for local students. On a first come, first served basis. While supplies last. One backpack per child.

Behind the Backpack

We know that sending kids to school each year is expensive, especially getting all the necessary supplies. TCC wants to help alleviate some of the stress of back-to-school time and help your kids show up to their first day prepared, confident, and ready to do great things.

10 Days of Giving

Our stores have been participating in #10DaysofGiving: 10 acts of kindness leading up to this big event. Throughout the year, we have also delivered donuts to first responders, donated $25,000 to a nonprofit chosen by our followers (Charity’s Home in Baltimore, MD), volunteered at a local animal shelter, and more.
